We treat client information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available upon request before detailed project discussions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arten Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability under signed service agreements is limited as specified in those agreements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting Arten Labs entity specified in your service agreement. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the dispute resolution mechanism in your contract.
